The Edit Result Page form can be used to change the title and snippet text associated with a given url if it appears in search results. The Edited Urls dropdown let's one see which URLs have been previously edited and allows one to load and re-edit these if desired. Edited words in the title and description of an edited URL are not indexed. Only the words from the page as originally appearing in the index are used for this. This form only controls the title and snippet text of the URL when it appears in a search engine result page.
